Last week we asked fans to submit their questions via Instagram stories. We had a lot of questions around arrival times of your jerseys. So have answered one of those below...
Over time this is something we would love to do. We are the custodians of professional basketball in Manchester, and we would love to recognise the work of people that have gone before us and the work of people in Manchester as a whole. You could say we are standing on the shoulders of giants!
We are expecting these to drop anytime soon. We took a decision not to commit to pre-orders of jerseys in case of delays on deliveries. The latest information we have is that they're landing in their warehouse before Christmas. Some of the other clubs have received theirs and so we are hopeful this will be sooner rather than later!
We are launching three tiers of visits with our new schools program including players attending school assemblies and coaching. That can be booked by emailing schools@manchester.basketball
We enjoyed the atmosphere at Hemel for sure. We think the noise is certainly comparable to some SLB clubs, but the Manchester fans at Belle Vue win that hands down.
Yes! We offer birthday packages for our home games. You simply book your tickets as normal on fanbase then add the birthday package from the online store. We will then be in touch with you for all the details! The package includes a signed birthday card, posters for all the party, photo on court with a player post-game and a PA announcement message on the mic!
Makai said... the hardest player to guard from the point guard position 1on1 would have to be Kyrie Irving because of his ability to score on every level. If we were talking 5on5 I'd have course have to go for Steph Curry because of his willingness to play off the ball if he needs to. You will never have a break on defence guarding him.
