Game report: Manchester 94-61 London Lions

Manchester dominate away from home as they defeat London Lions 94-61.

Danni Williams starred for Manchester as she recorded a double-double. She had 26 points 10 rebounds 5 assists and 5 steals in the game.

Anastasia Warren also impressed for Manchester as she recorded 17 points and 5 rebounds.

For London Lions Kian Omer-Jones impressed as they recorded 16 points and 4 assists.

It was a tight affair in the first quarter with both teams trading buckets with one another. Manchester were able to take a slim lead into the second the quarter. At the end of the first Manchester led 14-13.

Manchester were able to take control of the game in the second quarter. They increased their lead to 11 points. The teams headed into halftime with Manchester leading 40-29.

Manchester built further upon the momentum they had built in the first half. They were able to put themselves in pole position to win the game. Heading into the final quarter Manchester led 70-45.

Manchester were able to maintain the lead they had built in the final quarter. They ended the game as 94-61 victors.

Manchester are back in action on Saturday February 15 as they head south to take on Essex Rebels.
