Despite a strong comeback in the second half Manchester fall to defeat against Leicester Riders 70-73.

Anastasia Warren impressed for Manchester recording 15 points 6 rebounds and 3 steals.

Danni Williams got a double double with 14 points and 11 rebounds.

It was an even first quarter with Leicester ending it with a three point lead. Leicester ended the quarter leading 24-21.

Leicester were able to take the game away from Manchester in the second quarter. Leicester went into halftime leading 48-32.

Manchester were able to reduce the deficit in the third quarter. A strong showing meant that Leicester went into the final quarter leading 60-56.

Leicester were able to retain their lead in the final quarter despite a strong effort from Manchester. Leicester ended the game 73-70 victors.
