Manchester Basketball can confirm the departure of Krumesh Patel as the Head Coach of the women’s team.

The club has reached an agreement with Krumesh to release him.

The club would like to thank Krumesh for the work he has done in his short time with us.  His departure does not change our excitement for the current team, and for the direction of our franchise.

“We have an extremely talented roster and one we expect to compete at the top end of this league,” Dominique Allen commented.

“We are an ambitious programme with European aspirations ourselves. We have already started the process of appointing his successor.”

“We are really excited about where this group can go and look forward to the competitions ahead.”

With both teams off from the action this coming weekend it is expected a new women’s head coach will be announced next week.
